warm welcome comfortable space musky smell makeup residue
the owner provided such a warm welcome. she gave little treats to the kids, super nice. the room was super clean, it was also arranged well. i found it a very comfortable space to relax in.
the carpets seemed quite old in places. i noticed the shower and bathroom were quite small. the building had a musky smell on entering. also, a towel had makeup residue on it

Really good Service and Cleanliness
extra treats clean room comfortable arrangement
The owner provided extra treats for my children. It was a lovely surprise. The room was spotlessly clean. It was thoughtfully arranged, so it was comfortable to relax in.

Really good Hospitality
extra treats warm welcome clean room
The owner provided extra treats for the children. It was a nice surprise. We got a warm welcome upon arrival. The room was beautifully kept. It was clean and well-arranged. The room catered to both adults and children ALIKE.
I noticed a VERY slight musky smell upon entering the building.

The generously sized room included tea and coffee making facilities. It was very clean. Complimentary bottled water was provided, a nice touch after a DAY traveling. Linens were fresh and the room was recently updated.

The host was lovely. She remembered us from a previous stay. She was excited to see us again. She keeps the hotel very clean. I FOUND she provided water and snacks .

The hotel is on a quiet street. The WINTER Gardens are within easy walking distance. The town centre is easily accessible, it offers many shops and restaurants. PUBLIC transport is available nearby.

helpful owner free water clean room
The hotel location is near the town center. The owner was friendly and helpful. She provided complimentary water and snacks in the reception. The rooms were clean and spacious.
I paid to park in front of the building. This added an unexpected daily cost.

I saw snacks and water available in the reception area. The hotel also pointed me to several local restaurants that were very close. This made it easy to get quick refreshments.
